Dehradun. Prime Minister Narendra Modi is set to give a gift worth crores of rupees to the state on the Silver Jubilee celebrations marking the completion of 25 years of statehood. To this end, preparations are underway to inaugurate and dedicate development projects across various departments.
The state government is gearing up to make the Silver Jubilee celebrations memorable. Prime Minister Narendra Modi is expected to present a new gift to Uttarakhand on State Foundation Day, November 9th, at the FRI grounds in Dehradun. He is expected to inaugurate and lay the foundation stone for projects worth approximately Rs 10,000 crore. To this end, the Planning Department is reviewing the projects of various departments that the Prime Minister will inaugurate and lay the foundation stone for.
Secretary to the Chief Minister and Garhwal Commissioner Vinay Shankar Pandey says that preparations are being finalized for the Silver Jubilee celebrations. Prime Minister Modi will inaugurate and lay the foundation stone for several development projects.
