New Delhi. Trials for the Tennis Ball Cricket League, affiliated with the International Tennis Cricket Federation (ITCF), will be held on November 8th and 9th at Cambridge School in Greater Noida.
A large number of players are expected to participate, as India’s largest tennis ball cricket league, Dream League of India, was a resounding success at its Delhi trials, attracting nearly 4,000 attendees.
Sharing his thoughts on the league trials, Dream League of India founder Rishabh Bhatia said, “Following the tremendous support we received in Delhi, we are extremely excited to continue our journey in Greater Noida. DLI is a celebration of cricket that unites inclusivity and opportunity. We expect to uncover new and talented cricketing talent from Uttar Pradesh as well.” The Dream League of India, launched by Servotech Sports, is the country’s largest tennis ball cricket competition. A total of six teams will participate in the trials, divided into two categories: junior and senior. For these trials, DLI has roped in Independence Water as the official hydration partner and Spinner Sports Drink as the official pouring partner. Sonu Sood has already joined the league as its league commissioner, while prominent personalities like Salim Merchant and Darshan Kumar are also part of the league. The trials, aimed at discovering exceptional tennis ball cricket talent, will be divided into two categories: junior (13–18 years) and senior (above 18 years). (Sports Editor)
