New Delhi. The Uttarakhand paper leak case appears to be posing a growing threat to Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami’s position. On Tuesday, Leader of the Opposition in the Lok Sabha, Rahul Gandhi, also jumped into the fray. Congress leader and MP Rahul Gandhi stated in his post on Tuesday that “youth unemployment and vote theft are two sides of the same coin. The Dehradun paper leak incident proves this. Following Rahul’s post, the Congress will further strengthen the youth movement.
These failures of the Dhami government are also impacting the central government. Dhami is already under attack from the opposition and his own people. He has been accused of spreading regionalism and corruption. The government has also failed in disaster management. Now, with the youth coming forward in the paper leak case, the government’s difficulties are sure to increase.

Congress will not let go of the paper leak issue now. Because in Congress-ruled states, there is an opportunity The BJP also made a major issue of the matter. Congress lost the 2023 elections in a state like Rajasthan due to paper leaks. The Uttarakhand case is no small one. The opposition directly alleges that corruption in the government led to such a major paper leak incident. Bobby Panwar, who is leading the youth on an indefinite protest at Parade Ground, said on Tuesday that the youth’s direct demand is that Chief Minister Dhami resign, the matter be investigated by the CBI, and the exam be cancelled. The protest will continue until the demands are met.
In his post, Leader of the Opposition in the Lok Sabha, Rahul Gandhi, has seriously accused Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the BJP of playing with the future of India’s youth. He directly linked unemployment and “vote theft,” saying that this is the biggest crisis in the history of independent India. In an X-message, Rahul Gandhi said that unemployment is the biggest problem facing youth in India, and it is directly linked to vote theft. When a government wins elections not by winning public trust but by stealing, it should be given the responsibility to provide jobs and recruit. There is no concern for improving processes or protecting the dreams of the youth.” He said that unemployment is at its highest level in 45 years since independence, jobs are continuously declining, and recruitment processes have been ruined by paper leaks and corruption. “The youth of the country are working hard and dreaming. Shattering the hopes of the youth and disappointing them has become the true identity of this government.” Rahul Gandhi said that the situation is now changing: “The youth of India has understood that the real fight is not just for jobs, but against vote theft. As long as elections are stolen, unemployment and corruption will continue to rise. The Congress Party believes that the greatest power of the country’s youth will now be engaged in the fight for employment and the protection of democracy – and this change will define India’s future.”
