New Delhi।Hon’ble Bharatiya Janata Party National Working President Shri Nitin Nabin is on the second day of his two-day visit to Puducherry on Sunday, marking his first official visit after assuming charge. Shri Nabin visited Sri Aurobindo Ashram, held organisational meetings at the mandal and booth levels, and offered prayers and performed darshan and pooja at the Appa Paithiyam Swami Temple. Shri Nabin met Puducherry Chief Minister Shri N. Rangasamy and Lieutenant Governor Shri K. Kailashnathan, reflecting a blend of organisational strengthening and outreach. Shri Nitin Nabin highlighted that the enthusiasm of the people of Puducherry reflects their strong support and blessings for the NDA government under the leadership of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi Ji.
BJP National Working President Shri Nitin Nabin paid tributes at the Sri Aurobindo Ashram, recalling Sri Aurobindo’s nationalist ideals, intellectual depth, and profound spiritual vision. He said that Sri Aurobindo’s philosophy of nation-building, cultural pride, and spiritual strength resonates strongly with the Bharatiya Janata Party’s core values of nationalism, service, and inclusive development. Shri Nabin noted that Sri Aurobindo’s thoughts and teachings continue to inspire millions and remain deeply relevant in shaping India’s cultural, intellectual, and national consciousness, guiding the BJP’s vision of a strong, self-reliant, and spiritually rooted India.
Shri Nabin addressed an organisational meeting with office-bearers and senior karyakartas of Manavely Mandal at the BJP Office in Puducherry, where he reviewed organisational preparedness, stressed discipline and booth-level strengthening, and urged karyakartas to intensify outreach efforts to further expand the party’s connect with the people. During the core committee meetings, he called upon party karyakartas to make South India a stronghold of the BJP, strengthen the party’s presence across the region, and take development forward. The visit underscored the BJP’s strong focus on South India. Shri Nitin Nabin was accorded a warm and enthusiastic welcome by BJP leaders, NDA leaders, and party karyakartas, reflecting robust organisational unity and morale. He thanked party karyakartas for their dedicated support and lauded their tireless efforts, organisational discipline, and unwavering grassroots commitment, which he said have played a key role in strengthening the party and expanding its reach among the people.
Shri Nitin Nabin met the Chief Minister of Puducherry, Shri N. Rangasamy, and held detailed discussions on further strengthening the NDA in the Union Territory, with a focus on enhancing coordination for development-oriented and people-centric governance. Shri Nabin also called on the Hon’ble Lieutenant Governor of Puducherry, Shri K. Kailashnathan, at the Raj Bhavan, where issues related to the overall development, administration, and progress of Puducherry were discussed. As part of his organisational outreach, Shri Nabin held a booth-level meeting at Kalapet Mandal, Ganabathychettykulam, where he interacted with party workers and reviewed grassroots preparedness. He emphasised the importance of booth-level strengthening, discipline, and continuous public outreach, urging karyakartas to remain actively engaged with the people and effectively communicate the BJP’s vision and achievements.
Shri Nitin Nabin asserted that the Bharatiya Janata Party is firmly committed to consolidating its presence across South India and aims to ensure the formation of BJP-led NDA governments in the upcoming elections.
