Bhilwara. Rajasthan’s elections are still three years away, but former Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot is already busy mobilizing and recharging the state’s Congress workers. Gehlot also visited the residence of several leaders including Congress Secretary Dheeraj Gurjar and met them. He participated in social and religious events. He appealed to the crowd of workers gathered at the Circuit House to unite from now on and get ready for the elections. Municipal elections are to be held soon in the state. These visits of Gehlot can be beneficial for the party. In a press conference, former Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot attacked the BJP government, reminding it of his government’s schemes. He said that the amount fixed for treatment during his time was reduced to Rs 5 lakh from Rs 25 lakh. The poor and common man are suffering. The law and order situation in the state has deteriorated. Incidents of rape and crime are increasing. Gehlot said that he wants good governance so that the common man gets relief. But this is not happening. The Modi government at the Centre is working to divide. Their Hindu Rashtra plank is weakening. Prime Minister Modi’s graph is falling. Congress and its leader Rahul Gandhi are working to unite, while he is working to divide. The politics of division will no longer work in the country.
