Users took to social media to report the outage, prompting the telecommunications company to address the issue on X. The post was later deleted by Airtel.
Airtel Cares, a customer support initiative by Airtel, acknowledged the outage and stated that their team was actively trying to resolve the issue. It said their efforts were underway to restore the service quickly.
