Buxar. Amid preparations for the Bihar Assembly elections, Union Home Minister Amit Shah addressed an election rally in Buxar on Friday. In his address, Shah fiercely targeted RJD chief Lalu Prasad Yadav and the opposition alliance. Shah said that Lalu Yadav’s name is associated with a long list of scams. He recalled that Lalu Yadav has been implicated in the Land for Jobs scam, the flood relief

scam, and the BPSC recruitment scam. He said that in such a situation, the public should consider whether the person who led the state to corruption will ever again benefit Bihar.

Amit Shah also took a dig at Tejashwi Yadav, saying that Lalu Yadav tried to launch his son into politics four times, but the public rejected him each time. According to him, the RJD and its allies play politics for the benefit of their families, while Prime Minister Narendra Modi is engaged in the mission of taking the country forward. Shah claimed that only Nitish Kumar and Narendra Modi can guarantee Bihar’s development.

During the rally, he praised BJP candidate Anand Mishra and said that the NDA has always prioritized clean and public-serving politics. He appealed to the public to give strong support to every NDA candidate so that the process of stability and development continues in Bihar. It is worth noting that the Bihar Assembly elections will be held in two phases. The first phase of elections will be held on November 6th and the second phase on November 11th. The counting of votes will take place on November 14th.
