New Delhi. The Winter Session of Parliament will run from December 1st to December 19th. Parliamentary Affairs Minister Kiren Rijiju announced that President Murmu has given her approval.
Union Parliamentary Affairs Minister Kiren Rijiju shared on the social media platform X that President Draupadi Murmu has approved the government’s proposal to convene a Winter Session of Parliament. This session will begin on December 1st, 2025, and continue until December 19th, 2025.
Kiren Rijiju tweeted, “President of India Draupadi Murmu has approved the government’s proposal to convene a Winter Session of Parliament from December 1st, 2025, to December 19th, 2025 (subject to the exigencies of parliamentary business). We look forward to a constructive and fruitful session that will strengthen our democracy and fulfill the aspirations of the people.”
