Hindu Shri Foundation Announces Executive Committee

New Delhi. The Hindu Shri Foundation announced its new executive committee for the year 2026–27 during a meeting held in the national capital on Sunday. On this occasion, the Foundation reiterated its commitment to the independence of temples, the restoration of ancient temples, and the overall welfare of Hindu society.
The meeting was formally inaugurated by Founder-Convener Dr. Kaushal Kant Mishra. In his address, he stated that the Foundation’s primary objective is to protect Sanatan heritage, preserve ancient temples, and empower community institutions.

The announced executive committee includes Shri Lakshmi Goyal, Dr. Bhure Lal, and Justice Shiv Kirti Singh as patrons. Shri Rambhadracharya, the revered Shankaracharya of Kochi, Shri Vijendra Saraswati, Shri Subhash Kashyap, Shri Makhanlal, Shri Amod Kanth, and Shri T.R. Ramesh, as members of the advisory board.
Renowned cardiologist Dr. Shiv Chaudhary has been appointed President, senior journalist Mr. Manoj Girola and senior neurologist Dr. Vinay Goyal as General Secretary, and Dr. Chittaranjan Khaitan as Treasurer.

Following the announcement of the executive committee, the members outlined their roles and responsibilities and reiterated their commitment to advance the Foundation’s objectives.

The meeting discussed initiatives for temple autonomy, the planned restoration of ancient temples, and programs related to the overall welfare of Hindu society.

Patron Mr. Lakshmi Goyal emphasized the need to keep the Sanatan family united and praised the work of “Ekal Vidyalaya” operating in tribal areas. She also announced plans to expand the work of the Hindu Shri Foundation and Ekal Vidyalaya in remote areas of the country by uniting them.

President Dr. Shiv Chaudhary emphasized the need to disseminate the Foundation’s activities to the public and said that the media should prioritize responsible and authentic representation of Sanatan philosophy.

Treasurer Chittaranjan Khaitan emphasized the need for policy-level changes in CSR regulations, stating that temples have historically been “social centers” of society, but due to social neglect and political interference, they have now become mere “ritual centers.” He emphasized the need for increased participation from the corporate sector.
The meeting concluded with President Dr. Shiv Chaudhary proposing a vote of thanks to all members and dignitaries present.
