PM reveals who the country’s enemy is
We will defeat the enemy together
The Sunday Mail
Bhavnagar, Gujarat. Prime Minister Narendra Modi said that India is moving forward today with a spirit of world brotherhood. We have no major enemy in the world. In the true sense, if we have any enemy, it is our dependence on other countries. This is our biggest enemy, and we must defeat this enemy of India together. Prime Minister Modi made this statement while addressing a public gathering at the “From Sea to Prosperity” program in Bhavnagar, Gujarat, on Saturday. The Prime Minister inaugurated and laid the foundation stone for development projects worth over ₹34,200 crore in Bhavnagar. Addressing the gathering, PM Modi said that while this program is taking place in Bhavnagar, it is a program for the entire country. Bhavnagar has been chosen as the center of this important program to reflect our direction from “From Sea to Prosperity.”

Modi thanked the people of Gujarat and Bhavnagar, saying, “It’s impossible to personally thank everyone for the good wishes you all sent to our Narendra Bhai on September 17th, and for the good wishes I received from across the country and the world. However, the love and blessings I received from every corner of India and the world are a great asset and strength for me. Therefore, today I publicly express my heartfelt gratitude to all the dignitaries of the country and the world.”

Modi said that India is moving forward with a spirit of world brotherhood. We have no major enemy in the world. In the true sense, if we have any enemy, it is our dependence on other countries. This is our biggest enemy, and we must unite to defeat this enemy of India. The greater the foreign dependence, the greater the country’s failure. For peace, stability, and prosperity in the world, the country with the world’s largest population must become self-reliant. We cannot leave the future of 1.4 billion citizens to others or to their dependence. The future of future generations cannot be put at stake.” There is only one cure for 100 problems, and that is a self-reliant India. Therefore, we must face the challenges and make India self-reliant and stand before the world.

Taking aim at the Congress
Taking aim at the Congress, PM Modi said that India has no shortage of potential, but after independence, the Congress ignored every one of India’s strengths. Therefore, even after 6-7 decades of independence, India has not been able to achieve the success it deserves. There are two major reasons for this. For a long time, the Congress government kept the country entangled in the license-quota raj and isolated it from the global market. The Congress government’s policies caused great harm to the country’s youth.

PM Modi said that the countrymen will be surprised to know that today India pays approximately $75 billion, or approximately Rs 6 lakh crore, to foreign shipping companies every year for shipping services. This is almost as much as India’s defense budget. How much money have we given to other countries in the form of freight in seven decades? Millions of jobs have been created abroad with our money. If previous governments had invested even a small part of this money on their shipping industry, the world would be using our ships today.
